{"id":91,"date":"2019-01-09T17:48:02","date_gmt":"2019-01-02T08:26:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rimbaud.net\/?p=91"},"modified":"2019-01-15T15:46:11","modified_gmt":"2019-01-15T14:46:11","slug":"pain-depices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rimbaud.net\/?p=91","title":{"rendered":"Pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"background-color:#9ff781\" class=\"has-background\"><em>Rien que l&rsquo;odeur pendant la cuisson est un enchantement !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250g de miel liquide, plut\u00f4t cors\u00e9 (miel de montagne par exemple)<\/li><li>250g de farine<\/li><li>80g de cassonade (ou de sucre complet)<\/li><li>1 sachet de levure<\/li><li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 (ou un peut d&rsquo;extrait liquide de vanille)<\/li><li>2 oeufs<\/li><li>10cl de lait<\/li><li>25g d&rsquo;\u00e9pices \u00e0 pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si le miel n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s liquide, le mettre \u00e0 chauffer \u00e0 feu doux pour le liqu\u00e9fier<\/li><li>Beurrer et fariner le moule \u00e0 cake<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer la farine, les sucres, les \u00e9pices et la levure<\/li><li>Ajouter le miel et m\u00e9langer<\/li><li>Ajouter les oeufs un \u00e0 un, en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 incorporation totale<\/li><li>Ajouter le lait et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne <\/li><li>Cuire \u00e0 160\u00b0C pendant 75 minutes (v\u00e9rifier la cuisson en piquant avec un couteau, la lame doit ressortir s\u00e8che)<\/li><li>Laisser reposer au moins une journ\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><!--EndFragment-->Le secret de cette recette, c&rsquo;est le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices \u00e0 pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. Vous en trouverez assez facilement partout, mais il n&rsquo;est pas facile d&rsquo;en trouver un au gout \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.
