M\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Utiliser la pr\u00e9paration pour tapisser le fond d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re, et enfourner 10 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Laisser refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer dans un grand saladier : le philadelphia, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, la ma\u00efzena et le sucre.<\/li><li>Ajouter ensuite les 5 \u0153ufs, le zeste de citron vert et la vanille.<\/li><li>Verser le m\u00e9lange dans le moule contenant le biscuit refroidi, et enfourner \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 50 minutes environ.
