{"id":70,"date":"2020-03-31T09:03:47","date_gmt":"2019-01-07T07:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rimbaud.net\/?p=70"},"modified":"2019-01-15T15:48:15","modified_gmt":"2019-01-15T14:48:15","slug":"flan-aux-oeufs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rimbaud.net\/?p=70","title":{"rendered":"Flan aux \u0153ufs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"background-color:#9ff781\" class=\"has-background\"><em>Le dessert pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de ma femme&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 litre de lait entier (id\u00e9alement, microfiltr\u00e9)<\/li><li>140g de sucre<\/li><li>6 oeufs<\/li><li>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9, ou une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;extrait concentr\u00e9 de vanille<\/li><li>20 morceaux de sucre<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, mettre les morceaux de sucre et l&rsquo;eau, et laisser caram\u00e9liser \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li><li>Une fois le caramel pr\u00eat, en tapisser le fond du moule (type moule \u00e0 cake)<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer le sucre et la vanille dans le lait, et faire chauffer. Arr\u00eater avant \u00e9bullition<\/li><li>Battre les \u0153ufs dans un grand saladier.
