Les rochers se conservent tr\u00e8s bien dans une boite pendant plus d&rsquo;une semaine.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 16 rochers environ)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 Blancs d&rsquo;oeufs<\/li><li>200g de sucre<\/li><li>25g de sirop de glucose (ou de miel)<\/li><li>225g de poudre de noix de coco<\/li><li>Extrait de vanille (facultatif)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mettre les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs dans une casserole avec le sucre et le sirop de glucose (et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille si souhait\u00e9)<\/li><li>Faire chauffer \u00e0 feux doux et battre \u00e0 vitesse moyenne (les blancs ne doivent pas beaucoup monter), jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit trop chaud pour y mettre le doigt<\/li><li>Hors du feu, ajouter la noix de coco et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, pocher des boules avec une douille cannel\u00e9e<\/li><li>Faire cuire \u00e0 160\u00b0C four chaud pendant 15 minutes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remarque <\/strong>: La dur\u00e9e de cuisson est \u00e0 ajuster en fonction de la taille des rochers, entre 15 et 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recette facile et&nbsp;rapide.
