{"id":158,"date":"2019-01-13T17:46:28","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T07:39:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rimbaud.net\/?p=158"},"modified":"2020-03-31T10:30:42","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T08:30:42","slug":"gratin-dauphinois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rimbaud.net\/?p=158","title":{"rendered":"Gratin dauphinois"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"background-color:#9ff781\" class=\"has-background\">Un classique de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise, chacun a sa recette, voici la mienne !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 6 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1kg 1\/2 de pommes de terre \u00e0 chair ferme<\/li><li>1l de lait entier<\/li><li>30cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche fleurette enti\u00e8re<\/li><li>120g de beurre<\/li><li>Muscade en poudre ou r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li><li>Sel, poivre<\/li><li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9es (ou pass\u00e9es au presse-ail)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c9plucher, laver et couper les pommes de terre en rondelles de 2mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur (\u00e0 la mandoline, c&rsquo;est plus simple pour avoir des tranches r\u00e9guli\u00e8res)<\/li><li>Mettre dans une grande casserole le lait, le sel, le poivre, l&rsquo;ail et la muscade, et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li><li>Y mettre les pommes de terre et laisser cuire 10 minutes apr\u00e8s reprise de l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition<\/li><li>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les pommes de terre avec une \u00e9cumoire, et les mettre dans un plat beurr\u00e9<\/li><li>Recouvrir avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, puis disposer des copeaux de beurre dessus<\/li><li>Cuire 1h \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ne pas laver les pommes de terre apr\u00e8s les avoir coup\u00e9es en rondelles, car cela enl\u00e8ve l&rsquo;amidon, qui donne sa consistance au plat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un classique de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise, chacun a sa recette, voici la mienne !
